Hi there!
I’m Dima (aka Dmytro, aka Dmitry) Malenko, Business Analyst with SoftServe. Right now I’m helping our clients to maximize value, realized from their IT projects, and propel their businesses to success. With my belief, that there is no irrelevant knowledge, I apply everything I know to find practical solutions to particular problems at hand.
I’ve started as software development engineer and participated in a whole bunch of projects ranging from VOIP services applications written in C for Linux to communication middleware and components for healthcare, to financial Web-applications. With breadth of engineering experience I learned to appreciate simple and elegant engineering solutions and be open about the tools, which are used to create them.
Than I moved to leadership and management positions, where I was helping my teams to realize their full potential and deliver highest-quality products and services. Being at the head of teams of 4 to 100+ engineers and managers I’ve learned to value predictability of produced value and agility in finding the ways to make things happen.
On my journey through software world I’ve been speaking here and there sharing my knowledge and experience with colleagues. Now I continue to do that on pages of this blog.
