I hope that now that we know results of this research, we can do something to avoid being the next hero of Dilbert comics.</description>

		<description>Thanks for resume in your post :) The speaker is so emotional that it was hard for me to listen more then a half of the presentation.. However the results of experiments are very interesting. I have never thought that rewards work in opposite way with creative tasks, yet felt smth like that.</description>
